What you need

tbsp fish sauce

bunch cilantro

Instructions
1: Bring a 6 qt pot of water to boil. 2: While waiting, prepare the meat. Combine the ground pork, fish sauce, sugar, MSG, chicken bouillon, and black pepper. Set aside. 3: Once the water boils, create meatballs from the ground pork and drop them into the boiling water. Allow to cook for 5 minutes. Once they float, they should be cooked. 4: Add your carrots and celery and allow to cook for another 5 minutes. 5: In a separate pot, cook your macaroni according to package instructions. 6: Season your soup with additional fish sauce, sugar, and chicken bouillon as needed. 7: Assemble your bowl with macaroni, green onions, cilantro, black pepper, fried shallots, and ladle in the soup.
